2016 Transportation Needs Assessment Survey

Jefferson Transit is working to identify ways of improving transportation options for Jefferson County residents and visitors. Jefferson Transit will be conducting a series of surveys to assess the transportation needs of the community, define future goals for transit, and evaluate our service models based on the feedback.

We encourage participation from transit riders and non-riders alike for feedback, we want to hear from everyone on how we can improve your transportation options. To encourage participation in the survey, completed surveys will be entered for a chance to win a $25 Visa gift card.

You can participate in the survey by picking up a printed survey at our customer service locations, on board JTA vehicles, from a driver, or go online to Jeffersontransit.com (Click the link below)
