SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

The Jefferson Transit Authority (JTA) Board will hold a
Remote Special Meeting for the JTA Long Range Plan on
Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at 1:30 pm. The agenda can

 The meeting will be held remotely to keep with the
Governor’s amended proclamation 20-28, to reduce the
spread of COVID-19.

 During social distancing for the COVID-19 pandemic,

 JTA will make every effort to accommodate live public comments during the Public Comment portions of the meeting.

Jefferson Transit is soliciting applications from public-spirited citizens residing in Jefferson County, who are willing to become involved, study the issues, and serve in an advisory capacity of Jefferson Transit’s governing board.

Jefferson Transit Authority (JTA) is developing a 20-year Long Range Transit Plan to establish a vision for the future of transit in Jefferson County. Jefferson Transit Fare-Free Continues

Jefferson Transit announced on 3/30/2020 all routes and service were fare-free until further notice.  Fare free service will continue through June 30.  Thank you for your support during these uncertain times as we work to provide service while keeping everyone as safe as possible.
