Elected in 2024, Commissioner Dudley-Nollette is an experienced non-profit executive having most-recently served as Deputy Executive Director of Bayside Housing & Services, as the Vice Chair of the board for our Economic Development Council - Team Jefferson, and with many years of other non-profit board experience in Jefferson County.
Heather also spent 11 years as one of the founders of The CoLab, a coworking and meeting space in Port Townsend. Prior experience includes project and program management in the Office of Management and Budget, and the Finance department for King County government; management of medical staff offices for two Group Health Cooperative hospitals; and over a decade of professional experience as a performing artist. As the mother of two high-school students and as the great-great-great granddaughter of one of our first County Commissioners, Loren Brown Hastings, Heather brings a deeply-rooted connection to the land and people of Jefferson County and is dedicated to their well-being as a grateful public servant.
