Maintenance & Administration Facility Project

Project Background

Jefferson Transit Authority (JTA) proposes to construct a new facility to replace the existing building located at 1615 West Sims Way. The project site is 10.63 acres located at 63 Four Corners Road, Port Townsend, WA 98368. The project will consist of an approximately 13,500 square foot maintenance and administration building, bus parking, canopied fuel island, wash facility, staff and visitor parking area. A single access from Four Corners Road is proposed. The architecture firm for this project was TCF Architecture located in Tacoma, Washington.
