Comprehensive Operational Analysis
Final Report Adopted
Jefferson Transit Authority (JTA) has completed its Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA), a project focused on improving the efficiency and accessibility of our transit services for both residents and visitors in Jefferson County.
This project was conducted in partnership with Left Turn Right Turn (LTRT), a consulting firm specializing in public transit and accessibility. Together, we evaluated current services, reviewed best practices, and gathered input from the community to help shape a transit system that reflects local needs—now and into the future.
We’re pleased to share that the final COA report has been adopted by the JTA Board of Directors, marking a key milestone in our ongoing commitment to improving transit in Jefferson County.
