• Scroll down to the AVCapture box at the bottom of this page
• Choose the meeting in the AVCapture under Past, Today, or Upcoming
• Click the meeting name under Title.

• Choose the meeting in the AVCapture under Past, Today, or Upcoming
• Under Download, click links to download the materials.
• Please note that the links do not work on the downloadable agenda and packet. To view the entire meeting packet choose from the following options:

1. Click the box under Download. This is the agenda packet. Once downloaded, scroll down to read the packet.
2. Click the meeting name under Title and choose Agenda, Related Documents, or Minutes at the top of the page.
